“Players Championship”- Best Quote Of 2008

Winner of Players Championship this weekend Sergio Garcia.

Sergio’s comment/quote was great I thought. When they were handing him the trophy & he started his speech, with a smile he said “First I would like to thank Tiger Woods for not being here”

I think this is the best quote I have heard for 2008 so far.

I will tell you one thing I would like to make 1.7 million for being outside doing something I love for a few days.

I find it hard to believe I actually watch golf now a days. I never use to until I met & married my husband. Okay so watching golf on T.V. isn’t as bad as I use to think.

Like Football I never use to watch that much either before my husband & now when football season starts LOOK OUT.  Shhhhhhhhhhhhh don’t tell my husband, but I still think the best part of Super Bowl is the commercials. lol
